"ANTALIS", a company with share capital of €115,500,058 and registered under number 410 336 069 RCS Nanterre, whose registered office is located at 8 rue de Seine - 92517 Boulogne Billancourt - FRANCE, is organising from 1 February 2024 to 30 June 2024 a rewards programme with a purchase obligation entitled "WRAP & REMIX BY ANTALIS CHALLENGE", hereinafter referred to as the "PROGRAMME".
Participation in "WRAP & REMIX BY ANTALIS CHALLENGE" implies full acceptance of these rules and any subsequent amendments.
The PROGRAMME is exclusively reserved for corporate customers of ANTALIS and its European subsidiaries (listed in "Appendix 3"), hereinafter referred to as the "Participating Company".
Participating Companies may only be legal entities under private law. The administration, government entities, public officials, public legal entities and any natural person are excluded from participation in the award programme.
The participating Company and its representatives (such as its directors, officers and employees) must not be prevented from participating in a customer reward programme by reason of legal or professional regulations, its group or company rules, its code of conduct, etc. The participating Company and its representatives (such as its directors, officers and employees) must not be prevented from participating in a customer reward programme by reason of legal or professional regulations, its group or company rules, its code of conduct, etc.
In this respect, the representative of the participating company accepts and undertakes to comply with the "WRAP & REMIX BY ANTALIS CHALLENGE" rules described in this document. The registration form includes acceptance of these rules. He/she will register and guarantee that he/she is acting in the name and on behalf of the Participating Company that he/she is registering for the PROGRAMME.

The participating Company is the sole beneficiary of any prizes that may be awarded to it by ANTALIS. The Participating Company is deemed to be responsible for the decision to award these prizes to one or more of its employees; it must check whether the prizes awarded as part of the PROGRAMME must be declared to the competent authorities and must inform the employee beneficiaries of their obligations to declare the value of the prizes where applicable. The Participating Company undertakes to inform them of these rules, in particular articles 8 (Protection of personal data with regard to privacy protection laws) and 9 (Modification, cancellation, exclusion), and to take all necessary measures and obtain all necessary authorisations.
A participating Company may only claim the prize that may have been awarded to it by ANTALIS. Prizes are deemed to have been accepted within the meaning of the rules. They will not be taken back, reimbursed or exchanged for their cash value or for any other reward.
ANTALIS RETURNS THE WINNINGS AS IS, AND PROVIDES NO GUARANTEE EXPLICIT OR IMPLICIT .
IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, LIABILITY MAY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PRIZE FINALLY ACQUIRED BY EACH PARTICIPATING COMPANY RESPECTIVELY.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN ANTALIS BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TAX OR SOCIAL SECURITY TREATMENT OF THE PRIZES AND/OR THEIR ALLOCATION TO THE EMPLOYEE BENEFICIARIES DESIGNATED BY THE PARTICIPATING COMPANY.
In order to be eligible and authorised to participate in the PROGRAMME, the Participating Company must hold a customer account with ANTALIS, and as such is aware that a certain amount of business information concerning its organisation, directors, officers and employees is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and as amended (hereinafter the "Privacy Laws").
The participating Company, its representative and the beneficiary employees it has designated are hereby informed that the personal data collected during the PROGRAMME will be processed in a computer file belonging to ANTALIS, which will act as data controller in accordance with privacy protection laws. This processing is based on Antalis' legitimate interest in managing its relations and commercial communication with its clients and the smooth running of the PROGRAMME.
The Participating Company will be regularly informed of products, special offers, scores and new incentives. By submitting the registration form, the Participating Company and its representative agree to receive information on all products sold by Antalis in connection with the PROGRAM by e-mail to the addresses and business addresses provided for this purpose.
This information is provided to Antalis on a voluntary basis. However, this information is required in order to participate in the PROGRAMME and to enable registrations to be taken into account and contact to be made with the participating Company .
The personal information collected is intended to be used by ANTALIS and/or one of the companies in the Antalis group for the purposes of PROGRAMME as well as for sales statistics or marketing operations, and will not be passed on to third parties.
This personal data is kept for a minimum of 2 years and may be kept for a further period depending on the applicable limitation periods. It is neither transferred nor accessible outside the European Union.
Data subjects have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. They may also object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data.

ANTALIS reserves the right to shorten, extend, defer, interrupt, modify the conditions of participation or cancel the PROGRAMME, in particular in the event of fraud, without prior notice and for any reason whatsoever, without having to justify this and without compensating the participants. In this context, ANTALIS reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. ANTALIS may, if necessary, carry out spot checks to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
Any attempt to falsify the information submitted will automatically result in the exclusion of the participating company from the PROGRAMME. Participation in the PROGRAMME implies pure and simple acceptance of these rules, which are governed by French law. Any interpretation of these rules will be examined by ANTALIS. Its decisions will be final and without appeal.
ANTALIS and the companies taking part in the PROGRAMME will endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in connection with the interpretation or performance of these rules.
To this end, any complaint must be made in writing exclusively to the PROGRAMME address and must include the exact details of the claimant (name and address) as well as the result obtained in the context of the PROGRAMME. Disputes and written claims relating to the PROGRAMME will not be considered after a period of two months following the end of the PROGRAMME. No other method of dispute or claim will be taken into account.
IN THE EVENT OF A FINAL DISAGREEMENT, FRENCH LAW, EXCLUDING CONFLICT OF LAWS RULES, AND THE COMMERCIAL COURT OF NANTERRE SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION.
